Lee Roy Woods, often known as Roy, married Martha A. “Mattie” Wootrus at her home on 619 East Kellogg Street, on December 23, 1905 in Wichita, Kansas. Reverend John R. Wilkie officiated at the ceremony. The Wichita Daily Eagle reported the event the following day.
